I have always had a great passion for travel and all my friends call me the ultimate ‘sun-chaser’! Just like everyone else, I decided to go backpacking after university and travelled to places such as Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Growing up between Hong Kong and the UK, I have always felt a close connection with South-East Asia. I then spent a year in Australia, bought a caravan and just road-tripped around the country! Afterwards, I was lucky enough to be offered a job in the Maldives (being fluent in Chinese helped too!) My love for the Indian Ocean began here and I can truly call it my second home. The destination, people and culture is like no other. Before returning to the UK, I visited Sri Lanka briefly, and I would love to go back and see the country properly again!
