A journey to the inland rural part of the island amongst the sugarcane fields to Marie Michelle's home, where she will teach guest to cook chicken rougailles, venison curry, wild boar civet, parathas, lentils and other bean soups with mixed Mauritian pickles and spiced rum on the side.
