Business Development Manager - Luxury Travel

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a self-motivated, experienced travel professional who understands the luxury travel market and knows how to connect with international clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves building meaningful relationships and isn’t afraid to get out there – whether it’s attending global roadshows, visiting partner offices, or networking at high-end industry events.

You’ll help grow our client base, nurture existing accounts, and play a key role in shaping and executing our sales strategy – all while representing a brand that lives and breathes extraordinary travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify, approach, and convert new luxury travel clients and partners.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with international clients, agents, and industry stakeholders.

  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to and help execute a smart, results-driven sales plan.

  • Account Management: Oversee the client journey from enquiry through to booking and follow-up, ensuring every detail is perfect.

  • Travel & Representation: Represent our brand at global events, roadshows, and in-person office visits.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in sales or business development within the travel industry (luxury experience strongly preferred but not essential).

  • Confidence in presenting and networking with high-end clients and partners.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A self-starter who thrives independently and knows how to manage time and priorities effectively.

  • A genuine love of travel, people, and creating exceptional, bespoke experiences.
