The property offers 17 suites of 3 different types:

Palam Suite is the signature beachfront suite, directly facing the beautiful bay of Kalkudah with full ocean views. This is the perfect suite for couples in search of the soothing calmness of the sea.
Kolaya Suite guarantees absolute privacy, it is the perfect option for a couple in search of intimacy in their own secluded garden.
Seed Suite is ideal for families and friends, comprising two bedrooms, two en-suite indoor bathrooms with bathtubs, two outdoor showers, a large living room, a private terrace and a private lush garden with sun loungers and beanbags.

Food & Beverage

The restaurant is situated on an elevated floor with sweeping sea views, offering Sri Lankan dishes as well as Asian and Western classics. The chefs are specialised in creating fresh seafood meals, sourced from the nearby fishing harbour. The chef prides in designing innovative dishes, mixing Sri Lankan and Western influences and adding unique twists to the menu. A vegan menu is also available on request. An organic garden on site provides their own fruits, vegetables, fresh spices and herbs. Romantic bbq dinners are also available.

Spa

The Ayurveda spa is a must-try experience, indulge in relaxing massages in one of the two private pavilions, by expert therapists using ancient and modern treatments.

Karpaha Sands is located on 12 acres land with 250 meters of pristine beachfront on the most pristine Kalkudah Beach on the untouched east coast of Sri Lanka. Karpaha Sands is the only commercial
establishment on the 15 km long Kalkudah bay. It is reachable by car (6-hour drive) or by seaplane or a helicopter.
