"Dominica is also known as the Nature island of the Caribbean and I can totally see why! The island is filled with lush greenery which you can hike through to reach your Caribbean oasis and cool down with an invigorating dip in the base of one of the many waterfalls the island has tucked away. As the island has a large number of volcanoes there are some excellent hikes for guests to take part in with varied trail difficulty, the island also has some lovely relaxing natural spa baths which are always worth a visit and leave you with extra soft skin!

If being land based is not for your clients then there are a great range of activities to take part in from the water, from kayaking and SUP to hidden coves and beaches, to snorkelling and diving in some iconic locations like Champagne Reef. I was lucky enough to see turtles and seahorses in my own underwater adventures.

The main thing most guests travel to Dominica for is a chance to see the numerous whales which have made the surrounding ocean their home, sadly we were not lucky enough to see them this time around but a pod of dolphins did come and say hello!"

"The island is stunning,  with so much to offer and explore for those who are looking for more than the classic fly and flop trip. It's an incredible place to consider as a twin centre with St Lucia or Antigua if you wanted to pair some beach and adventure into one trip."
