Review
One&Only Reethi Rah is an amazing resort and still one of the best in the Maldives. The island is big and and offers a profusion of restaurants and activities for everyone. The hotel hosted us for a private breakfast at the Residence, which was fabulous. Other lovely culinary experiences at Hoshi and Botanica. The highlight of my stay was probably cycling around the island in the morning, and stopping at different beaches for a wonderful bath. Traditional and solid luxury hotellerie, impeccable service 'One&Only' level.

Fanditha
On the northernmost point of the island is Fanditha, an exotic beach restaurant and bar, with carpets in the sand, chill-out swing sofas and giant cushions. Meaning “magic” in Dhivehi, Fanditha specialises in Middle Eastern food serving mezzes, grills, dips and freshly baked saaj Arabic bread. The best location on the island to see the magnificent Maldivian sunsets, guests can lounge on inviting daybeds facing the ocean to watch the sun sink under the horizon during the ‘Magical Hours’.
Botanica
