The Hummingbird team were thrilled to return to Henley in partnership with our friends at .Here, the ultra-luxury private island resort soon to open in the pristine Baa Atoll. Together, we hosted a select group of out top clients at an exclusive riverside residence perched right on the finish line, offering a front-row seat to the regatta’s action.
Guests enjoyed world-class rowing, sunshine, and sparkling Champagne as boats raced past against the backdrop of manicured lawns and flowing summer dresses.

A Tale of Two Islands
.Here Baa Atoll is brought to life across two interconnected islands named Somewhere and Nowhere.
Somewhere Island comprises seven double-aspect, two-storey beach villas, each offering direct access to the ocean and designed to maximise natural light and panoramic views. The inventory includes five three-bedroom villas (1,177 sqm each) and two four-bedroom villas (1,396 sqm each). All villas feature a 45-metre private infinity pool, private jetty access, and are served by a dedicated private chef with customisable menus. Arrival is by boat only.
Nowhere Island consists of two overwater villas. The primary residence is a five-bedroom Presidential Villa spanning 2,399 sqm, featuring a double-height living space and extensive ocean frontage. In addition, there is a three-bedroom low-rise ocean villa covering 930 sqm. Facilities on Nowhere include a private cinema room and a fully equipped wellness centre. Both villas are supported by personalised services, including private chef provision.
