Review
A modern, mid sized, natural island with a focus on wellness. The spa is amazing and set in the jungle. I had their signature massage and it was great, very well done and they listened to all my preferences. Umami is their signature Japanese restaurant and the food and service was high quality. The location on the beach is really beautiful too. The bar adjacent to this, Yakitori, has amazing cocktails and great light bites (the yakitori skewers are a must try).

Named after the local Dhivehi word for “chili”, Mirus Bar serves a refreshing selection of cocktails inspired by the region’s former Portuguese and Arabic spice trade routes and concocted with ingredients from the resort’s own herb garden. Here, guests can also enjoy an extensive range of Old and New World wines, including organic and biodynamic varieties. Pair drinks with Spanish tapas and local bites famous in the South Asian region.
