The BodyHoliday is an incredibly popular wellness resort on the northern side of St. Lucia offering guests a comprehensive all inclusive plan with daily spa treatments and lots of fitness and wellness activities. What struck me most was how social the resort was with guests really enjoying time at the beach and the bar in between activities. There was a real buzz about the place and for guests looking for a resort with lots of atmosphere, The BodyHoliday is an excellent choice. Also I hear its a great place to go if you are single....."
