Situated within a network of mangrove canals, the Fairmont Mayakoba has a unique landscape - tell guests to keep their eyes out for the adorable Mexican coatis living here! The main pool area is fun, with private sun-bathing areas and a large swimming space. My favourite spot here is the La Laguna restaurant because it offers outdoor dining on a terrace overlooking the clearwater canals, with romantic "floating islands" to dine on.
