Such a pretty island and the Family Villas deserve a special mention. They are beautifully done and of course in keeping with the rustic nature of Gili and other room types. The food is some of the best I have had in the Maldives with the same executive Chef overseeing the cuisine for the last 15+ years. Small with a good, lively atmosphere and natural service it is still up there with the very top resorts. Being close to the best surfing breaks in the Maldives is a plus for adventure lovers.
