Heritance Aarah really exceeded all my expectations. I think the huge standout for this property is the food, every single night we were blown away by the quality in each outlet. My favourite had to be the eight course tasting menu with wine pairing at Ambula overwater restaurant. It consists of Maldivian and Sri Lankan themed dishes and I couldn't fault one dish! The reef here is also fantastic, I was able to see a turtle about 50m outside of my villa - a very magical experience! The all inclusive plan is very generous with over 70 premium wines and cocktails for guests to choose from and they refill your minibar twice a day. From wine tasting to caviar making and a traditional sunset cruise on a Dhoni boat, there is something for everyone.
