Mill Privée
For a memorable, once-in-a-lifetime experience, guests can dine in the hotel’s 300-year-old sugar mill, Mill Privée, converted into the only restaurant of its kind in the world. The original sugar mill is completely intact with a well-trodden floor and hand-cut round.
The Terrace
The Terrace opens onto an open air setting with sweeping views across Charlestown, Nevis and the twinkling lights of nearby St. Kitts.
