Review
The St. Regis Le Morne is one of my favourites. This colonial-style, low-rise resort features beautifully maintained gardens, expansive grounds, and a stunning beach ideal for sunset views. The rooms and suites are spacious, with options for ground-floor terraces or balconies with sea views. Nestled on the scenic southwest coast near Le Morne Mountain, the resort offers a picturesque backdrop and a serene atmosphere, even when fully booked. Six outstanding restaurants provide a culinary journey, from Creole flavours to sushi, making each meal memorable. With endless activities or quiet relaxation options, St. Regis offers a perfect, laid-back escape.

A visual spectable and taste sensation, Atsuko presents an exceptional fine dining experience.
TEPPANYAKI
Using a hot iron plate to grill the finest selection of fish, meat and vegetables, Teppanyaki is a modern method for cooking Japanese cuisine. At Atsuko, theatre has been brought to the mix, as specialty chefs conjure up outstanding dishes over a live cooking station.
