The Cheval Blanc signature gourmet restaurant, Le 1947, owes its name to the most prestigious vintage of Château Cheval Blanc. The chef combines French savoir-faire with local flavours and offers an extensive menu that changes regularly. Adjoining the restaurant, Le 1947 Bar with its grand piano features a wine cellar stocked with the most exceptional vintages. The list includes established properties and New World discoveries, there to be enjoyed during private tasting sessions. An elegant and comfortable Cigar Museum completes this dining experience
La Table de Partage
La Table de Partage elevates the art of sharing and conviviality in a private dining room. As it would be at home, the menu, created in collaboration with the chef according to the wishes of the guests, is accompanied by the best wines and champagne served in magnums.
Diptyque
The Diptyque, a space playing on the dualities of East Asia and Japan, is inspired by the concept of “live” cooking and the interaction between guests and chefs. Each evening, the dedicated team demonstrates its culinary skills before the diners seated at the counter, inviting them on a delicious journey of discovery. Diners have the option of enjoying the Diptyque experience outside with a view of the ocean. Dinner can be recommended by the chefs or chosen à la carte between Nigiri, Makimono, and Sashimi or specialties such as Gyoza, Tempura, and Dim Sum.
Deelani
Open to the ocean, this restaurant’s heart beats with the pulse of the Mediterranean. The Deelani serves inspired dishes drawn from the kitchens of Spain, France and Italy, with notes of Turkey, Greece and Morocco. Throughout the day, homemade ice cream, sorbets and granita are offered in the solarium before the restaurant atmosphere transforms for the cocktail hour. In the evening, enjoy tantalising tapas and fresh seafood prepared Mediterranean style. Mezze, prosciutto, risotto, ossobuco and pizzettas are there to share.
The Spa Bar
The Spa Bar at the Cheval Blanc Spa Island specializes in fresh and light cuisine that detoxifies and creates nutritional balance. The chef reduces salt in favour of spices and herbs and plays with contrasts between sweetness and acidity to reveal the purity and flavour of the dishes. A host of fruit-rich smoothies are offered, as well as many featuring lesscommon ingredients such as acai, maca, hemp, chia, camu-camu, and spirulina .
The Carte Blanche
The Carte Blanche menu allows full flexibility for dining. The chefs are always available to orchestrate, on request, an elaborate dinner or a picnic on the beach. It can be an Asian repast or a dinner with Indian spices, among other options —and everything will be served just where guests want it
