Private Pool Twin Villas (600-750 sq.): The Pool Twin Villas are offered as villas with two bedrooms, same facilities as the villas with one bedroom plus one extra bedroom, a bathroom, one indoor and one outdoor shower. The second bedroom has twin beds.

The Banyan Hill Estate (1100 sq.): 3 separate sleeping villas each for 2 adults and 1 child (approx. 70 sq.) furnished with an exclusive collection of antiques from around the Indian Ocean from the 18th, 19th and 20th century are located along the cliff with a veranda, own bathroom with a panorama bath tub, TV, CD, DVD player and mini bar. A huge open living area (approx. 150 sq.) with an additional small enclosed TV lounge (approx. 20 sq.).
