I thought this resort was amazing! The rooms are large, each with private pools, and the 5-bedroom villas even have two private pools. Set in an amazing lagoon, the General Manager is an expert diver that has work on remote island resorts all over the world & he finds the reefs of Ile Platte to be one of the most natural & unique in the world. Each restaurant has its own bar, and the wine pairings with the food are incredible. Even though I'm not a wine person, I found the stories behind them fascinating. The team members share the story of each menu, explaining their choices, and the sommelier wraps it up with captivating wine pairing tales—truly an amazing experience.
