Golden Rock Dive & Nature Resort

Located at the hidden gem island of St. Eustatius, the resort offers a pure Caribbean experience. With the dormant volcano, the Quill, as unique backdrop the resort offers ocean views at any room category. As part of the resort's vision to be the Caribbean’s leading, sustainable, lifestyle resort, they have embarked on a journey to redefine luxury hospitality in the region. Since the resort opened in 2021, over 130,000 flowers, plants & trees have been planted creating breath-taking gardens for guests to explore, as well as a new habitat for local wildlife. Having breakfast with hummingbirds and an ocean breeze is typically how a days starts at the resort. There is a 20,000 ft2 greenhouse where the resort team grow organic herbs and vegetables. Thanks to the climate they are able to grow all year round using no pesticides, and serve their produce in both of the restaurants – Breeze and Bobbie’s Beach Club. The 2,240 solar panels allow the resort to be almost fully off the grid. And the resort offers drinking water straight from the tap! Through reverse osmosis machines the team create clear drinking water from pure saltwater.

The menu features dishes with global flavors using fresh local ingredients, where guests can find an array of cocktails on the menu. Bobbie’s Beach Club, Fusion cuisine from freshly prepared sushi to traditional Italian pizzas, or a range of BBQ specialties. Bobbie’s Beach Club is located where the edge of the resort meets the cliffs of the Atlantic Ocean, offering panoramic views over to the neighbouring islands St. Barths and St. Maarten. Bobbie's is also one of the most colourful place on the island, surrounded by bougainvillea and home to the Caribbean's largest ocean fed lagoon.
