The restaurant is on the beach, so not only will you enjoy not only great food, you may even see a group of dolphins while you are dining. The Lodge's focus is sustainability and buying local wherever possible. The hotel intends to buy only biodegradable packaging and compost them on its own farm, where they grow fruit and vegetables for the restaurant.
