Anse Chastanet
Soufriere, Saint Lucia
A nature-integrated eco-luxury resort in Saint Lucia, spread across a 600-acre private estate between two soft sand beaches and lush rainforest, with uninterrupted views of the Pitons and Caribbean Sea. Accommodation is individually designed and deliberately open to the landscape, with hillside rooms, beachside cottages, and suites featuring wraparound balconies, natural materials, and a strong sense of place rather than conventional hotel formality. The experience is shaped around immersion in nature, with direct access to a marine reserve, one of the island’s best snorkelling and diving sites, plus extensive hiking and mountain biking trails across the estate. Dining is focused on fresh, locally sourced cuisine with multiple restaurants and a strong farm-to-table ethos. Service is relaxed, knowledgeable, and unobtrusive. Best for couples seeking a deeply immersive Saint Lucia stay with strong natural design, adventure-led experiences, and a less conventional approach to Caribbean luxury.
Review
Set on a UNESCO World Heritage site there is fantastic snorkeling right from the beach here, some of the best in Caribbean. There are two beaches and lots of hiking and biking trails to explore too!
